The Office of Early Learning is pleased to announce the release of the Resource Manual for Administrators and Principals Supervising and Evaluating Teachers of Young Children.
This manual is a supplement to the North Carolina Department of Public Instruction Teacher Evaluation Process and is designed to be a practical guide especially created for principals, administrators, teachers, and others who are directly involved in providing high-quality preschool and kindergarten programs for young children in both public and nonpublic settings.
